I am a homoromantic ace. This colours many of my experiences, and even at queer/lgbt+ spaces i dont always feel at home. Unfortunately there can be found some homophobia in the ace community and that is very unfortunate and annoying, and same goes for the gay community, i see acephobia there way too often.

Although i dont face too much shit in my daily life for being attracted to my own gender, due to the fact that im a closeted trans guy. My attraction to men is seen as a rather natural obvious thing, and this can be a great shield from homophobia but also very upsetting. I am not a straight girl, i am a gay ace trans guy.

I am a homoromantic ace, i am no less gay for my aceness, and i am proud.
